I’m now 37 weeks pregnant and baby bump is growing, but just a little bit. Apparently my bump is small, but it feels big to me! I guess it’s all relative.
We had a photo shoot with a talented friend of ours (thanks again Sam Kemp) last week which was a lot of fun. We climbed up trees, through trees and around trees (don’t tell my midwife 😉 ) and got some nice pictures for us to treasure and one day share with baby bump when she’s older.
Here’s a couple in case you’d like to see:
This week and next week will be spent shifting homes which the nesting part of me is very excited about. Baby seems to be staying nicely put so we are hoping that she will hang in there just a little bit longer!
WSB’s for the next wee while…
On that note, with shifting and our new baby about to arrive, I have decided to take a wee break from posting here each week. I’m calling it ‘official maternity leave’. 😎
I will still be around here and here, and you will receive recipes, baking secrets and other posts once a month (or there abouts) for the next few months. This will give me the extra time I need to indulge in our little baby girl and get my head around this thing called parenthood. Any tips!?
I will surely keep you posted about when she arrives – wish me luck!
Until then, I’m just going to keep snacking away on cake ‘scraps’ from this cake and these scones lathered with butter and marmite (only because baby seems to love them so much…) – not at the same time though, silly! (but maybe…). 😉
