Overnight Oats 3 Ways

Ingredients
  

RASPBERRY COCONUT OATS INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup optional
  • 1 tablespoon coconut
  • ¼ cup frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons yoghurt

BANANA BREAD OATS INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • A pinch of salt
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed or LSA
  • 1 ripe banana mashed 2 teaspoons
  • Maple syrup optional
  • 3 tablespoons yoghurt

PEANUT BUTTER LOVER OATS INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup optional
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or any nut butter of your choice
  • 3 tablespoons yoghurt

Instructions
 

  • In a mason jar or bowl, mix together oats, milk, vanilla, salt and any additional flavourings. Top with yoghurt, cover and refrigerate for several hours up to overnight. When ready to serve, add toppings.

Notes

* You can use any milk that you like e.g. cows, soy, almond, cashew, coconut, etc. ** For a larger portion, double, triple or quadruple the recipe to last several days or to feed more people
